Human approval is required before posting, except for content explicitly scheduled and approved by the user in advance.

You represent that you are legally able to use this Service and that your account information is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
• You own or have rights to all uploaded media and content.
• You will comply with all platform rules (including TikTok policies) and applicable laws.
• You will not upload or publish illegal, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content.
5. Content Ownership and Limited License
You retain ownership of your content.
By using the Service, you grant NewMediaInterpreting LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide approved publishing, scheduling, and related functionality.
6. No Guarantee of Service Outcomes
Platform APIs and services may fail, change, or become unavailable.
We do not guarantee posting success, timing, delivery, reach, engagement, monetization, or platform performance.
7. Third-Party Platform Dependency
Our Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs (including TikTok and others).
We are not responsible for outages, delays, rejected posts, account restrictions, policy enforcement actions, API errors, algorithm changes, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for abuse, policy violations, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties (As-Is)
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewMediaInterpreting LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
